Other in us. The issue of the Other in the light of the concept of Carl Gustav Jung's shadow

The article presents the application of the Jungian concept of the shadow to the problem of the
Other. I point to the theoretical possibilities open for the ethical reflection of the Jungian shadow
concept, offering the possibility of intrapersonal consideration of this problem. Jung’s conception
gives us a possibility of different and fuller view of issues of freedom, equality and responsibility.
